Had a great experience at Allo Vélo - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, & keen to help. Was even offered a helmet when test-riding, which I greatly appreciated! Excited to get more into cycling with a new (& reliable!) bicycle.

Je suis arrêté après un bris sur mon vélo & ils ont pris le temps de trouver une solution à mon problème. Très compétent, sympathique & ils ont du succulent café en plus, des plans pour que je brise mon vélo plus souvent 😉

I recently visited Allo Velo Boutique for their repair service & I was pleased with the quick turnaround & quality of work. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Lamar , among his co-workers are incredibly knowledgeable & friendly. They took the time to understand my needs & Lamar's expertise was evident as he answered all my questions. The atmosphere in the store was welcoming, making it a pleasant place to browse & ask questions. Overall, I highly recommend Allo Velo to anyone in the market for a bike or cycling gear. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases & maintenance!

Vous voulez un bike shop qui tiens sa parole & qui est honnête, le voici! Honnêtement, très bon service. Tellement bon que même après plusieurs mois après une grosse mise au point, j'ai remarqué un problème causé pas une installation inadéquate & ils ont écouté ce que j'avais à dire & réparé le tout avec le sourire en prenant le blâme sur eux. Très rare de voir ça ces temps-ci.

I live in Edmonton, but was looking online at a cargo bike at this store. While the bike ultimately ended up going to someone else, Lamar found me a similar bike at their sister store in Vancouver (Velo Lifestyle) & helped me ultimately get it here to Edmonton. Would definitely recommend doing business at this establishment!
