We visit this resto pretty much every month as we live close by. The food is usually decent, though portions shrank in the last year. Service is hit & miss.
Now what happened today still has me in disbelief. My senior mother took her grandkids in. She had a free meal coupon , she received on one of her previous visits as promo. It was expiring, so she wanted to use it. She showed it to the waitress, who took it with their orders. Comes the bill, waitress claims she doesn't have it. Manager backs up waitress & charges my mother for all the meals. My teenager tries to explain what happened to the coupon, to no available.
What a way to take advantage of a senior & kids. Complete disgrace & such an embarrassment for the restaurant. Please avoid this place. I know we will, all the families of us , who were regular customers.
Pire service a la clientèle reçu d'un restaurant ! L'assistance gérante ne c'est aucunement montrer coopérative dans le probleme sur venue avec un livraison ni même la gérante. Un gros 0 en service clients. J'espère vraiment que vous saurez rétablir la situation

Une fois placé à notre table, nous avons attendu 25 minutes avant qu'un serveur se présente à notre table, sans nous dire bonjour mais pour nous demandé si on voulait un café. Voyant que nos menus étaient fermés, le serveur a daigné nous demandé si on voulait commander tout de suite.
Une fois la commande passée, nous avons dû attendre 45 minutes avant de recevoir nos Assiettes...Oeufs tiedes... & ce sans pain (alors qu'il avait été commandé!)
On pensait que quelqu'un nous apporterait nos pains, nous avons attendu encore un bon 15 minutes avant que mon conjoint soit dans l'obligation de se lever pour aller demander nos pains.
Une fois arrivé, nos tranches de pains étaient complètement brûlées...
Service merdique (alors que le resto n'était pas plein), bouffe même pas chaude.
Ça fait plusieurs fois qu'on revient en donnant une chance à ce resto...mais pu jamais. À chaque fois c'est la même chose.
Aller dans un resto déjeuner & en sortir 2h plus tard parce qu'on arrive pas a se faire servir... c'est pas normal... un resto déjeuner là... on est pas dans un 8 services.
This was a huge deception. We went for a birthday breakfast & it was bad. First of all, the table was dirty , the wall next to the table was stain & they gave us dirty glass. We stilled ordered but once the food came the deception continued. The crepe was hard , the strawberry inside looked half rotten & the cantaloup slices was also rotten. The potatoes cube were dry like if they spent a life on the corner of the cooking plate. The eggs were'ok' but how could you not cook egg in a breakfast place. The'manager' came to inquire about the situation but he left mid conversation & ended up not making us pay. It was a very bad experience & i feel bad for the waitress having to work there. To be avoided, there is some way better breakfast options in the neighborhood.

La serveuse n'est pas gentille, j'ai demandé pour changer du pain qui est brulle mais elle ne veut pas, c'est quoi ce service comme ça? Ce n'est pas acceptable!!!
I waited a long time to get served & when I did get served, I got my eggs & I didn't. I didn't receive my bread. My partner did not get her plate & we're waiting & things are taking extremely long to get service. It's not the waiter's fault it's actually the kitchen that's very slow & bringing out
