I went for the first time at this place & ordered my favourite sandwich & wow it was so bad & stale. Everything in the sandwich tasted like it was pre made & it was cold from inside they just warm it up in the microwave. I only tipped because of the waitress she was nice to us. Otherwise I would give 1 star. Disgusting food.
I love allo mon coco in general but im complaining about the service here. I ordered an avacado toast with poached eggs. Instead i got boiled egg, asked to get it replaced. The server got angry as if shes paying my bill. Took hours to give me a raw eggs. Nasty service.

Greatest customer service by Anne-Sophie! We had our son with us & she made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely go again after receiving this great service.
Had to ask for so many basic things: -coffee (was always cold) -napkins -water -sides (peanut butter, jam, the bread, etc) Food came cold & in small portions. I wouldn't come back here: -potatoes cames in small portions (not generous) The server also had a bit of an attitude ... maybe they were understaffed Would much rather a brand like Petinos !
I had eaten in this location 3 years ago & I gave 5 stars from the food, to the service, to the cleanliness & maintenance of the building. But, today I have to say I was disappointed like I have never been by a breakfast restaurant. The food was horrible; fruits were not fresh. Specifically the strawberry seemed to be served from frozen. The philly steak in the omelette, well we took 2-3 spoonful & then the rest went straight to the trash. The potato cubes were very bland & sad. There were between 10-15 tables & only two waiters, so we had to wait & wait every time we needed anything which was maybe 2-3 times. The state of the restaurant itself was horrible. There was a good layer of dust on the edges of the banquets separating the tables. There were missing or non-functional bulbs hanging from the ceiling all around. The carpet at the entrance were full of dead leaves, looking like it wasn't cleaned for quite a few days. All in all, I believe the owner has been cutting in every possible way to increse the in-flow of benefits, but nothing to make customers return to this location.
