There was no good attention from the waiters, The restaurant was not fully occupied, The dish I ordered was missing things & by the time they brought them my food was already cold, I'm quite disappointed since it was one of my favorite restaurant franchises or maybe it's just this restaurant where I ate, that's up to you to decide on my own I won't eat there again…

Classique & délicieux. J'y vais pas souvent mais quand j'y vais je ne suis jamais déçu. L'assiette de fruits abondante & fraîche. Bacon savoureux & croustillant Par contre les patates cubes n'étaient pas terminés de cuire, j'ai laissé mon assiette au complet. Des choses qui ne devraient pas arriver mais bon… La serveuse très sympathique & polie. 4 étoiles.

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu une belle expérience à ce restaurant. Erreur sur nos commandes, nourriture froide & mauvaises informations concernant les rabais pour enfants pendant la relâche.
Je vais souvent dans cette chaîne de restaurants & c'est beaucoup mieux dans ses autres restaurants.

The veg caserole was really great i tried there veg burger & oreo shake that was outstanding. The prices were not too much & the service was fast

This is fried chicken waffles. I do recommend this food. It's heavenly 😊😊😊. & that was my first time in this branch, I loved the area & the atmosphere there.

This was the worst service I've ever received. I ordered an egg florentin & it came fully cooked when I brought this to the waitress attention she said they would make me a new plate, this lady literally came back with just 2 eggs in a bowl telling me I had to remake my plate myself. When I explained to her how that didn't make any sense because 1 I didn't come to a restaurant to come make my own food & 2 I didn't even have the garnishes to make the meal even look presentable she was so rude & went to the back & was pointing at me talking crap about me with the kitchen staff & her coworkers, which is a ridiculous thing to do because I could see directly into the waiting area/kitchen. I will never go back to this location & this is honestly a stain to the Alo mon coco brand. I can't believe these are the type of people you hire!

On aime « Allo Mon Coco », mais a ma dernière visite de celui-ci de Centropolis on était choqué des changements.
- Les portions sont devenues vraiment trop petites contrairement aux autres Allo Mon Cocos
- Le service trop long meme si il y avait peu de monde.
- On n'a pa eu d'eau sur la table, ni de sauces ni de condiments.
- On n'a pas eu de refill de cafés, jusqu'à ce qu'on a finit notre repas que la serveuse vienne nous demande si on veut plus de café.

On ira toujours aux autres allo mon coco mais surtout plus celui-la.

Oui c'est vraiment décevant et frustrant. Le service est execrable. La serveuse reçoit les clients avec dédain et sans grâce. Nous étions toute une famille á avoir cette déception , ce mépris en plein Visage. Anyway, on n'y retournera plus á la succursale de Centropolis.
