Très mauvaise expérience chez Allô mon Coco Drummondville. Je n'y retournerai jamais.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons attendu environ 45 minutes avant de recevoir notre commande, sans aucune explication ni excuse.

Le comportement de la serveuse a été encore plus décevant. Après avoir payé l'addition, elle a lancé la facture sur notre table de façon irrespectueuse. Par la suite, elle est restée à parler de nous à voix haute avec des employés en cuisine, ce qui était très gênant & totalement inapproprié.

À plusieurs reprises, elle est également venue ramasser les assiettes sans même demander si nous avions terminé notre repas, ce qui démontre un sérieux manque de professionnalisme & de respect envers les clients.

Nous étions venus passer un agréable moment en famille, mais cette expérience a été complètement gâchée par un service désagréable & une attitude inacceptable. Nous espérons sincèrement que la direction prendra cette situation au sérieux afin qu'aucun autre client n'ait à vivre la même expérience.

We had a very disappointing experience at Allô Mon Coco in Drummondville.

We were two families dining together on a Friday morning. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet after being seated on the patio, we waited over 10 minutes without our server coming to our table. We eventually had to ask the hostess just to get some water. Throughout the meal, our server never checked in on us or offered coffee refills. We had to ask another employee who happened to be nearby for refills.

The biggest issue was one order of the spinach crêpes. When the crêpe was opened, there was only a tiny amount of cheese in the very center & a small handful of spinach. It was honestly embarrassing & nothing like what we've received at other Allô Mon Coco locations.

When we politely brought it to our server's attention & showed her the inside of the crêpe, she seemed personally offended instead of concerned. She questioned which location we were comparing it to, then returned a few minutes later with the exact same crêpe & only a few extra pieces of spinach added. We explained that this simply wasn't the quality we've come to expect from Allô Mon Coco & asked her to take it back because we no longer wanted it.

She rolled her eyes & walked away. About 10 minutes later, she returned with the same crêpe again. When we asked why it had come back after we had clearly declined it, she responded,'You've got to be kidding me.'

That comment, combined with her confrontational attitude, eye-rolling, & lack of professionalism, turned what should have been a pleasant family breakfast into a frustrating experience. Mistakes in the kitchen can happen, but how they're handled is what matters. Unfortunately, there was no effort to resolve the issue with empathy or good customer service.

We've always enjoyed other Allô Mon Coco locations, which made this experience even more disappointing. We hope management addresses both the food quality & the customer service at this location.
