Better late than never! The'Best New Year New Day' meal sounds like an incredible experience, & it's clear it left a lasting impression. Allo Mono Coco seems to have truly nailed the brunch game. The pistachio affogato must have been an absolute treat - the perfect balance of creamy & nutty with that espresso kick! The mashed potatoes were likely the comforting, delicious highlight of the meal, making everything even more satisfying. I probably should not rate the food. I was there with the family & I did not order anything, but ate most of a bowl of home fries. They were fine.
Large servings. Even the kids' meals.
The service was good.

The restaurant is located in the old police station 10. Back in the day, it was a was reputed to have the toughest cops. Their beat was downtown.View more

I generally love this brunch place but the one in Plateau. I thought food quality would be same but it was not. I ordered fried chicken waffle with poached eggs. The waffle wasnt good. The potato cubes served with the main dish were not fresh. The coffee wasnt good too. I have been ordering the same dish at Allo mon coco for three years, & I love it but it was the same at this branch. Also seating area wasnt clean & table was wobbly.View more

Can be considered as one of the best breakfast near Saint-Catherine St. The food, the services are on point. Very fast & friendly servers, they always make sure that you enjoy ur breakfast, brunch, lunch while giving one of the best smile at an early time in the days. Friendly staff & food was okay, pretty typical brunch fare. I liked by crepe but my Wife did not like her western omelette. We found that the tables were much too close together to each other, where it felt like strangers next to us were almost at our table. & unfortunately the particular neighbours we had were extremely obnoxious & annoying to be sharing the same space with. I would suggest spacing the tables more than 1 foot apart from each other for a bit of privacy.View more
