Alejandro propose un brunch mexicain authentique avec des plats goûteux et faits maison, des portions généreuses et une ambiance chaleureuse qui rappelle le Mexique; le service est souvent apprécié pour sa gentillesse et son attention, mais peut être ralenti lorsque le personnel est en sous-effectif et certains détails comme des commandes incomplètes ou des oublis de garnitures ou un pain brûlé peuvent survenir. Le menu se consulte via QR code sur les tables et offre des options végétariennes pour chaque plat; on y retrouve des classiques comme chilaquiles, omelette poblano et bénédictos, accompagnés de boissons et de fruits offerts et de desserts et smoothies qui complètent l'expérience. Des points négatifs évoquent parfois une salle de bain petite et une climatisation trop froide, ou des oublis comme pas de refill d'eau, et quelques fois un service qui manque de précision. Globalement, c'est une belle découverte, très apprécié pour l'authenticité et la fraîcheur des plats, avec un fort potentiel et l'envie de revenir.
The pictures on Google Maps got us really interested to go & visit. We had often seen the restaurant from the street yet never entered. Today we decided to visit & order our brunch. We were super delighted with the reception of coffee, fresh fruit, & the smoothie shooter that was an offer from the kitchen. The fruit was really fresh & delicious. We love that extra touch with our breakfast. The main meal was delicious, the only thing slightly disappointed was the slightly overcooked egg. We prefer our eggs Benedict to have a runny yolk. Perhaps we should've mentioned that when we ordered.. the service was good yet slightly slower near the end of the meal. Very nice decor inside & delicious quality food.
Our favorite brunch spot in Montreal. The food is delicious & the staff is extremely nice. Large portions with a blend of Mexican flavors. Highly recommend
Très bonne restaurant, bon personnel, la cuisine bien honnête, pas très cher, prix abordable. Le propriétaire est très gentil, toujours à l'écoute des clients. La saveur du Mexique à Montréal. Ele fala português também.
Great little place for brunch if you want something different & not too crowded. Everything can be made vegetarian, & I love how they serve some cake, fruits, & a smoothie sampler before the meal!

Went for brunch with my wife & her parents. Awesome food & service! Lizzy & Pablo did a fantastic job with our service! I highly recommend this place. Small & cozy.
What a find! Creative menu full of well balanced flavours. They bring a little sample of their delicious nut loaf & a little shooter glass of a smoothie. The coffee is actually good too! The portions are very generous & the presentation thoughtful. Everything can be made vegetarian, just ask! They will sub in vegan chorizo or shredded shiitake "meat". This is where my only small complaint comes in - they accidentally served me chicken. It wasn't a big deal to me but I know some people might've been distressed. The charming & efficient waitstaff were very apologetic & fixed it right away.
Such a great find! So good I forgot to take a picture until we were halfway through our meals. We came to Montreal for a weekend trip from NY. Our Airbnb was a two min walk from this place. Everything was fresh & delicious, beyond reasonable pricing & just excellent. I got the fresh toast & El Nopal smoothie which was refreshing & exactly what I needed. The fresh toast was so perfectly balance you didn't even need the maple syrup! The walnut cream & fresh fruit was complement enough. My husband got the Végon & his avocado toast with mango was so fresh, the mango was a dream! Coffee was smooth & delicious & the complementary bread that was served with the coffee was a perfect appetizer. Service was kind & welcoming, highly recommend for a fresh, healthy & delicious meal. We came around 9 AM on a Saturday & were the only diners in there. I suspect it gets busier later in the day but we are early risers & we're delighted to be able to get in without any wait. Don't miss this place!
I ordered a meal about 5 minutes after opening, & took about 30-40 minutes to get my food. A table of 2 ordered about 15-20 minutes after me, & had their food within minutes of me. As for the food itself, the fresh fruit & smoothie were good. Coffee was alright, nothing to write home about. All of my food for the main entree were either barely lukewarm, or simply cold. I might be more understanding if it were busy, but there were only 2 other people dining. Waited about 15 more minutes to pay & leave, only after getting up to directly ask to pay. Pretty terrible experience, unfortunately. Can't say I recommend it.
