Disclaimer: This is a very honest review. I know running a restaurant is hard, so I'm saying this with respect.
I ordered a mixed doner plate & a lentil soup on UberEats. First thing, the packaging was bad; the salad juice spilled everywhere in the bag. Also, the salad itself was mostly onions, & the rest tasted unfresh & very bland, the veggies were all soggy. The lentil soup was honestly SO awful. It had zero lentil flavor , it tasted like turmeric water. I make lentil soup regularly, so I know what it's supposed to taste like. I added a lot of salt & black pepper to it & it was still not edible.
The doner meat & chicken were sitting on extremely oily bulgur with no flavor. Everything tasted like old frying oil. The meat & chicken didn't look fresh either. I was really hungry & genuinely looking forward to a healthy meal, but all I could taste was grease.
I hate being that person & leaving a negative review, but this was EXTREMELY disappointing. I ended up throwing everything away, which I hate doing. The only edible thing was the bread. It will be my lesson to cook at home.
This evening we went to this little hidden resto called Alaturca, i have to admit that I was so surprised with quality of the ingredients & the final result.
The service was perfect, the waitress was very attentive on our happiness.
The place was so clean & smells good.
I can't stop to say that I was very impressed.
I have to come back for the baklava because you had not, but to try more dishes.
Soup was awesome, the salad was so soft & the vinegar so light, everything so fresh!!!

The food is beyond description, fresh & delicious, desserts as well. The only downside was that it was crowded & we felt neglected. Only two serving ladies, who were very gentle, smiling & were doing their best, simply could not be everywhere at the same time. Maybe the owner should consider to keep more serving people during weekend.
I had lunch at Alaturca Restaurant Turc, & it was an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, creating a cozy & inviting atmosphere. I tried the manti, mixed doner kebab, & Turkish coffee, & everything was absolutely delicious-fresh, high-quality ingredients, & generous portions at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended!
Food is fresh & delicious, & plates are generous. Service is fast, excellent, & always with a smile. This place is just amazing. Food is cooked just like home. Very much recommended.
It was a great experience, they serve great authentic Turkish food. All their products are fresh & home made. We tried almost everything on the menu & all of them were perfect, their meat & bread is really tasty. Their prices are also great for the big portion they serve. The service is also very attentive & nice. We had a great evening at Alaturca.
Spectacular 🌷 the food is fresh & tasty 😋 we enjoyed all the dishes. The place is clean & service is excellent. I highly recommend start from the soup with warm bread & bulgur is made so well . chapeau🙏

My family & I went here for Mother's Day & we were not disappointed. The food is unbelievable it is as fresh as it gets & u can taste the quality. The meats were juicy & very tasty the soup was a must have & the bread they use is just as good as it can get. The service we had from MYA & TINA was one of the best service we ever had they were smiling & so generous with us in everything we needed or asked for. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant & I recommend it to everyone

Food is your standard Turkish fare from the St-Leonard area. The salads, the bulgur & the chicken are good. Fries are frozen type, would be much better if freshly cut. Overall, worth it. Update: Went back & the place looks much nicer than its predecessor's. New owner is kind, unlike the rude former owner & has remodelled the place which looks cleaner & brighter.
