I ordered delivery so can't speak to the service or atmosphere but will share my experience with the food, since some reviews seem quite angry (inexplicably).
Ordered the Al Quds mix plate & the meat is flavorful & delicious! The fries are cold & a little dry, but they aren't the star of the show anyway.
I was encouraged to order from Al Quds because they seem to consistently be giving back to community via social media & I want to support them for their generosity. Keep up the good work!
Expensive but worth every dollar. Truly amazing taste on the chicken, meat, rice & vegetables. Very good quantities given too. (Did delivery so cant comment on the in person experience).
Amazing amazing food. The fillet minion bbq is really really good. So good that I am a regular customer now. Food is always fresh & the staff is always nice too.

La bouffe était correcte. La viande grillée était brûlée à plusieurs endroits & un peu sèche. Le service était déplorable, surtout l'attitude de la jeune serveuse : désagréable, inattentive & oubliant souvent les commandes.
The meat quality is outstanding tender, juicy, & clearly fresh. Grilled over charcoal, it has that deep, smoky flavor you just can't replicate any other way.
'Serveuse méchante & agressive avec notre commande, zéro professionnalisme. Elle nous a pressés de payer, la caisse était fermée quand nous voulions régler séparément. Expérience très mauvaise, je ne reviendrai pas.'
It was my first visit to this place; & it was really a great experience. I really enjoyed the meal. The food was really amazing & delicious. The owner was welcoming so were the employees. It is worth visiting this place again.

Bon service , prix avantageux, certains sortes de viande sont un peu salé. Pour améliorer le service : Il manque les serviettes en papier , sel & poivre & de l'eau . En général l'équipe du restaurant sont gentilles.
Le restaurant est bien entretenu, mais je vais faire une autre évaluation dans le future.
I gave Alquds three full chances, but the food has gotten worse each time. Even when they're busy & packed, they need to maintain consistent quality. After these repeated disappointments, I've decided I will never spend my money here again.
Unfortunately, the quality has gone down. We used to love this place, but this time we were very disappointed with the food. We won't be ordering from here anymore.
I'm a very frequent customer & have ordered from here many times, which makes this experience even more unacceptable.
My recent order was a complete disaster. The kebab arrived undercooke, & the chicken was completely burnt-blackened, dry, & with barely any meat. The entire meal was inedible & had to be thrown away. Paying $85 for food that cannot even be eaten is outrageous.
What made this even worse was the response from the restaurant. When I called to report the issue, I was simply told to contact Uber Eats for a refund, with zero effort to take responsibility, offer compensation, or even apologize properly. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a returning customer.
This experience shows a complete lack of quality control & customer care. I will seriously reconsider ordering from here again.
Bonjour, je vais juste noté que prix qualité & quantité ne s'accorde pas deux poulets, grand riz & frites moyen à 77$.
Que j'ai ouvert ma commande on ce qui concerne les deux poulets on dirait qu'il ya qu'un seul alors ailleurs deux poulets à 25$ dollars deux fois le poid, poulet Trop grillé, le Riz maison pas mal les frites étaient dans les normes. Vous devez voir les prix de vos poulets c'est trop chers par-raport le poids..
