The food is delicious, but the service is terrible. The bathroom door is broken, & there's no toilet paper! This forced me to go to the nearest restaurant & use their restroom. We got the garlic sauce, fries, & salad after we had almost finished eating.

I recommend picking up your order & eating at home instead of dining in the restaurant..

I'm writing to thank you for the Mother's Day BBQ meal we picked up from your restaurant. The quality, presentation, & service made the day feel special for our family.

The grilled meats were tender, well-seasoned, & served hot. The sides were fresh & well-portioned, & everything was packed carefully so it traveled well. It was clear that care went into both the preparation & the pick-up process.

Your staff were courteous, organized, & handled the holiday rush efficiently. Pick-up was quick & smooth, which made it easy to get home & enjoy the meal without any stress.

It's not easy to maintain that standard during a busy holiday, but Al Quds delivered. Thank you to the kitchen & front-of-house team for the effort & attention to detail.

We will be recommending Al Quds to friends & family, & we look forward to ordering again.

This place is not what it used to be. Recently we went to get some filet mignon sandwiches & they were not the same. There was less meat, less flavor. I don't know what they changed so I called & they told me they'd give us two free ones. Meanwhile, my son went back there with a colleague of work & had the same bad experience where there was less meat. Less flavor completely changed the recipe. I had an amazing review on here before. I'm changing it now because of these two events. They've obviously changed our recipes or started cutting down as most restaurants do when they start doing well. So I don't suggest this place anymore. I say go somewhere else. Try something new or go to amir or to boustan but this place is not what it was even if they give you free stuff. The point is that when you go get it randomly their products are not the same. This happens frequently in places when they start making a lot of money they want to make more & more to start cutting back & taking out & changing things. This is the result. We went there twice a day. Completely different filet mignon Sandwich & it's not for the best so we're not going there anymore. I used to drive half an hour & refer people all the time. They're going to say I don't know what happened we used to do so good....

This restaurant is very welcoming & their kebab are very good. The toom is spectacular. Will definitely return.

Worse service
They send me wrong order, when I called I said I received a wrong order not what I ordered , the answer was what I can do for you, call uber & deal with them , is uber customer are garbage or we order for free, we paid more than the customer how walk in , your prices on uber are 20% higher so it cover uber fees, better if you train your employees to how talk to the customer. Its us ( how make you busy, you never born busy ) respect.
