The food is great, but unfortunately, the same issue keeps happening with promotional offers. It's not the first, second, or even third time that an item from the offer is missing-sometimes it's the hummus, sometimes the baba ghannouj, sometimes the chicken, etc. The worst part is that they don't tell you when you pick up your order, so you only discover the missing item once you get home. When you call, the response is simply,'Oh, we ran out,' even though you already paid for it. This has been happening far too often lately, & it's very unprofessional & disappointing. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

I order a 1kg platter of mixed bbq platter. It came with 4 different kind of meat, rice, vegetables, salad, hummus, garlic sauce & pita bread.

An incredible value for the price & the quality/taste was just as incredible. It's my first time eating there & I'm definitely going back!!

The worst restaurant experience I've ever had!

I came here with my friends for lunch, & we ordered & paid at the cashier. Apparently, the employee working in the food section was upset that we placed our order at the cashier.

We waited an hour & a half while everyone else received their food, but our order was never brought to us. It honestly felt like our order was intentionally ignored as a way of punishing us.

What made things worse was that there was no manager or anyone available to speak to, & the staff seemed to be supporting each other instead of helping us.

We eventually left without receiving our food. This was extremely embarrassing & completely ruined our lunch.

Very disrespectful treatment of customers. I will never come back, & I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. Management needs to seriously reconsider how their employees treat customers.

Order chicken wrap for my family. Called them & advise them to grille it but was not grilled even once & the 2nd time. Chicken quantity is also less. Used to be good but not anymore. Really disappointed.

Al Quds delivered an absolute masterclass with their 1Kg Mix platter!

Every bite of meat is grilled to perfection - juicy chicken taouk, rich & savory kafta, & tender filet mignon with a deep, smoky char. Sitting on a bed of fluffy seasoned rice with warm, spicy pita, it's a meat lover's dream.

The sides elevate the meal completely: smooth, authentic hummus, potent garlic sauce that packs a punch, crisp salad, & sweet grilled vegetables to round it out.

Generous, incredibly flavorful, & executed flawlessly-this platter is hands down one of the best Middle Eastern feasts in town!

Horrible experience, I ordered up one grilled chicken with a melange Al Quds plate, the chicken was super dry & uncooked, prices are significantly higher than other places.

Nous avons passé une excellente expérience chez Quds roxboro, La nourriture était fraîche savoureuse & parfaitement grillée. Les portions étaient généreuses & tout était délicieux.

Un grand merci aux deux jeunes femmes maya 🙏👌faten qui nous ont servies. Elles étaient souriantes, accueillantes, attentionnées & très professionnelles. Leur gentillesse a vraiment rendu notre visite encore plus agréable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le café, le thé, la crème glacée & la baklava offerts, un geste très généreux qui fait toute la différence.

Notre seule suggestion serait de remplacer les assiettes en plastique par des assiettes régulières, ce qui rendrait l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir & recommandons vivement Quds.
