I usually encourage businesses, but this time I was really disappointed. The food was good as usual, but the service was terrible. I had to call the waitresses multiple times to remind them of my order & clean the tables. Do they even know what customer service entails? It's basic stuff. & to top it off, they had the audacity to give clients attitude. I hope the owner makes the right adjustments.

Hi, I went to this restaurant personally. I don't like because the lady she served the food. She ws very rude. & she very comes closed to my husband & I noticed not only to my husband any family come She doing something & try to touch them i dont know why ?I think she do that because to receive more tips.!
Update: I recently placed an order for pick up again. After paying & arriving home with my order, I noticed that the extra pitas I paid for were missing. My sister & I saw one of the workers with the pitas in hand & were certain that he placed it in our bag, but to our surprise, he did not. On top of that, we had to ask for the garlic sauce & hummus that are included in our order. If we hadn't asked, we wouldn't have gotten it. Definitely triple-check your orders before leaving the premises to ensure your entire order is fulfilled.
My family & I love the food from Al Quds. It's always delicious! We order by phone & pick it up. In my last two orders, they forgot items; the fries were missing in one & garlic/hummus in the other.
We'll definitely keep ordering from here as it's a family favourite, but it would be great if all items are provided as ordered.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The food was completely unacceptable. The rice had absolutely no taste, the fries were bizarre & hollow inside, & the BBQ chicken was burnt to the point of being inedible. The plate was drowned in pointless sauces that added nothing-no real flavor at all. The lamb chops were embarrassingly small & not worth the money.
On top of that, the parking lot was completely covered in ice & not salted at all, which is very unsafe. Inside the restaurant, the dining area was cold due to drafty windows, making it uncomfortable to sit & eat.
Overall, this place showed zero attention to food quality, customer comfort, or basic safety. It was a complete waste of money & time.
Food was awesome enjoyed with friends on 31st December night was crowded but staff was very polite & good order lot of stuffs

Absolutely delicious! The meat is always flavourful & tender. We usually order delivery or pick-up so have never experienced in house dining. Our go to for middle eastern charcoal grills!
À éviter vraiment le jour de l'an j'ai placé une commande une journée avant il m'ont confirmé l'heure de ramassage à 20:00 & quand je me suis présenté sur place il ont oublié ma commande alors j'ai dû rester une autre heure pendant qu'il prépare la commande & c'était le cas de plusieurs autres clients & la qualité des grillades était pas le même comme d'habitude

Service horrible très arrogant j ai fais ma commande à 18h30 à 21h30 ma commande n était même pas prête aucune excuses & personne ne répond au téléphone
Ok...if it wasnt for the food beeing good, I would give them a 3 stars. Service is lackluster, haft the time your order is not ready when you arrive ,then you have to dealt with the lack of professionalism from staff. & yes ,love how they have a minimum 5 people / covid19 posted ,but still allow 10 + people inside.
We chose this restaurant for dinner on my birthday because we had previously ordered food from them twice online & had good experiences. This was our first time dining in, but unfortunately it was very disappointing.
The service was poor, we experienced a very long wait, & the atmosphere felt chaotic & disorganized. Even paying the bill turned into a hassle. In the end, the kebab we were served was undercooked inside. For a night that was meant to be special, this was truly unpleasant.
Based on this experience, this will definitely be our last time visiting this restaurant.

Food 8/10 Service 0 Washroom -10. Pathetic Service, zero ambiance, tables dangerous for kids told by their own manager that sharp edges could cut the fingers. Today was my last day eating here.
Serieusement. Même une étoile est beaucoup trop! Je n'ai jamais été choquée négativement par un restaurant comme je l'ai été dans votre restaurant. On avait réservé une table pour deux. On arrive là-bas. Aucun accueil. On était là debout, on nous regardait mais personne ne nous a accueillis. On est allé dans la salle. Aucune ! Je dis bien aucune table propre! À un moment, les serveurs se rejetaient la responsabilité de nettoyer les tables ( en arabe) j'ai tout compris. Un serveur nettoie une table & on s'installe. 10 minutes après, une jeune fille arrive & pose un calepin imbibé de sauce devant nous pour qu'on scanne un code QR pour passer la commande.😳😳😳 on le fait! & on attend… La salle est pleine de papier utilisé par terre! Les tables pas nettoyées! Le comble! Les serveurs se jasaient à une table à côté alors qu'une autre serveuse tablier de travail sur le dos s'était installée à côté de nous & mangeait son repas!! Il aura fallu un seul regard entre moi & mon mari pour que la décision de prendre nos jambes à nos cous soit prise. On se lève & tout à coup on nous remarque! Une serveuse nous dit( encore assise à table) vous partez? Votre commande est prête! On décide de prendre la nourriture vu que nous l'avons commandée & manger chez nous. Rendus chez nous, on ouvre le sac, la salade était fraîche mais le riz & la viande… C'était sec & le riz dur & la quantité était ridicule! Ça a fini dans la poubelle. J'espère que le propriétaire lira ce message & le prendra au sérieux: les clients doivent être accueillis & dirigés à leur table. Les tables doivent être nettoyées juste après le départ du client & non pas à l'arrivée du nouveau. La jasette à haute voix dans une autre langue devant les clients c'est un manque de respect. Les serveurs doivent manger leurs repas ailleurs que dans la salle avec les clients. Si ce n'est pas possible, enlever le tablier de travail & manger dans la salle. L'hygiène! L'hygiène est un MUST dans un restaurant. Si votre salle est aussi «sale» on se demande comment est votre cuisine… Faites un effort pour les repas( quantité & qualité) trop d'épices pourrait être pris pour une volonté de masquer un odeur suspecte de la viande. J'espère que vous prendrais ce commentaire au sérieux. Ce commentaire sera supprimé dès que j'aurai une réponse du propriétaire.
