"I've always liked Aikawa, and the food is great, but the staff really dropped the ball this day. There was a delivery or something and all of the staff was behind the bar unpacking, talking, etc. and we waited for quite a long time to order. When we finally called on someone, there wasn't really an apology but we felt kind of like we were imposing...."
