Je suis venu sur place & j'ai rencontré Halib, un employé très sympathique qui m'a donné un très bon service & n'hésitait pas a me donner quelques extras gratuits avec ma
commande, de plus la nourriture etait fraîche & très bonne, je recommande!

Pas de monnaie dans la caisse & lorsque lont demande ... Ce nest pas leur probleme ce probleme on dois le régler sois meme a s'humilier a demander du change pour un commerce qui devrai avoir un minimum de monnaie SINON UN MINIMUM D'EMPATHIE !!

Le poké est excellent mais le grand menu éclairé à la caisse indique un prix pour un régulier & un large. Mais rendu à la caisse, il y a un format appelé petit (qui n'est pas affiché) & le régulier qui est à 5$ de + devient soudainement large... Donc attention si vous commandez des réguliers on vous charge des larges! En plus d'avoir donneé 20% de pourboire. $$$$ J'ai eu des explications qui au final disaient que c'était de leur faute si la programmation de leur caisse ne concordait pas avec le menu. Mais... Je n'ai eu droit à aucun remboursement. Goût amer.

Getting very bored with the place as they seems to be incapable of getting an order right when it's uber eat:

- First order was a chirachi advertised with avocado (picture) & soy sauce. Came with no avocado & a disgusting mayo sauce
- Second order was a poke with advertised rice. Came with no rice.

I'm fed up with you rn.

Family & I got a chirashi poke. For 21$ you have a pretty large bowl with very diverse proteins & veggies, most poke bowl I had usually pack the whole thing with huge amount of rice but I was happily surprised that it was not the case here. Fish tasted fresh & seasoning was on point.

Update: This was two years ago, I was excited to reorder as I was passing by montreal, but unfortunately it seems that the quality went down a bit, especially some ingredients weren't as fresh. What happened?

I don't usually leave reviews, but after my experience yesterday evening I felt it was important to share. I went there with a friend & the service was really disappointing. The restaurant itself was quite dirty, & the person serving us was extremely rude. He refused to bring the dishes to our table & wouldn't even provide glasses of water.
He spent most of the time on his phone & didn't wash his hands before preparing the food, which was very concerning. He also asked us to pay before preparing the food, & I now regret leaving a tip.
The food itself was decent, but the service was unacceptable. Someone with this attitude toward customers really shouldn't be serving in a restaurant.

Merci pour l'excellent service rendu aujourd'hui! La fraîcheur de mon POKE au saumon était sans équivoque délicieux à tous les niveaux. J'ai aussi grandement apprécié le service car le propriétaire était sympathique & nous a offert un extraordinaire service.

Très bon mais j'ai payé pour deux extras & il n'était pas dans mes plats! J'ai appelé pour le mentionner mais l'employé étais pas très allumé!

I used to go there about two years ago & it was lovely. They definitely have changed Owner or the owner has become rubbishly cheap & negligent
The salmon is chewy not great they do not add any type of seaweed at all not the Wakame or otherwise . The abacado was brown the portion is a tiny bit more than half
I'd be ashamed to offer this considering it was an amazing spot for poke . Was the same a month ago I gave it another try but much to my disappointment was worse this time .
I'll have to find a new place

On ne s'est adressé à nous en anglais. Pas moyen d'avoir un plat régulier ; seuls les larges formats sont enregistrés dans le système informatique de la caisse ! Nous sommes repartis sans commander.
