Just finished what was the absolute worst dining experience. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over ten years and have never seen anything this bad. To start off, the service was unbearably slow, and when we finally got someones attention for more tea, they brought us lukewarm water in the pot. When the entrees arrived, after almost an hour, the chicken and beef were room temperature. We tell the server and she called the manager over.
The manager approached our table and asked us what the problem was. My 80-year-old grandmother told him about our experience at his restaurant so far and he told her, You are wrong because I made the food myself and brought it out myself and I know it was hot. We knew that was a lie- he didn't bring us the food and it was cold. We told him to try it and see for himself. He barely made eye contact with us and was extremely standoff-ish. He refused to try the food and told us that he knows 100% that it was hot and that there is nothing he could do about it.
I have never seen a manager care less about his customers and about the food that came out of his kitchen. He wouldnt admit to a mistake and offered nothing to fix the situation. He told us he couldnt do anything about it and we will have to pay for it. Before we could even respond, he turned around and walked away! My grandmother did not eat a thing on her plate that night and we were stuck paying a $150 bill for THREE people (with ONE alcoholic drink).
I love this restaurant!! The service is great the food is great. It's our go to restaurant for special occasions
PF changs is the best thing happened to the city of Montreal :)

I love the atmosphere, the food and the service!
The excellent service we got from Danielle. She definitely made a huge
difference on top the good food!
The food is superb, the atmosphere pleasant albeit simple and the staff are most pleasant, obliging and attentive. We had an outstanding meal. Look forward to our next visit.

C'est ce que c'est mais très bon.
Food was very good, was better than my usual Chinese food.
Very clean. Nice décor. Friendly service!
Was walking near by and decided to walk into the P.F. Changs for dinner last weekend with my family. It was one of the best dining experiences that we've had! Location and ambience was simply great! The food was so good that we decided to come back a second time for dinner. We ordered Red chilly shrimp with noodles, heavenly!
This was my 4th time eating at PF Changs, 2nd time at this location, i prefer the laval location. We walked in and were told there was a 20 min wait which we agreed to however we were seated after 35 min which was disappointing because we were very hungry. The second disappointment was that i could not have the fried rice as my accompanying rice dish to the main dish, which i have had previously at an extra cost. However, to my surprise they offered a calamari entree on the house which made up for the previous two incidents. The food i cannot complain about, it is always so delicious and good quality. The service is also always exceptionnal! I highly recommend this chain to everyone!!!
I was really disappointed in this restaurant , I heard so many good things ..
We waited 1h to get our table.. Food is ok but nothing out of the extraordinary regular Asian food..For the price they charge I rather go somewhere else..
The waiter was really nice and efficient.. I wont go back thats for sure.
Been to PF Changs twice this month for various occasions. The chicken lettuce wraps are AMAZING. Most main meals are too salty so maybe ask the server which is not so salty. Service a little slow but Ok. I'll go back just for the lettuce wraps and mini desserts.
Great Food for a Steep Price
Had a daddy/daughter dinner at Pf Chang's. Firstly the waiter was very very nice. His name is Etienne. A wonderful chap that took great service to another level. The food was yummy to say the least. You could actually taste the ingredients. The shrimp was juicy and burst in your mouth. The potato rolls were delightful. You could taste the actual ginger and it was yummy. The chicken rice was also yummy as well as PF Chang's chicken. We washed it all down with a couple of glasses of wine each. A great dinner.
Now for the price. The price is steep and I won't mention what our bill came up to. Was it worth it? Hmm I still remember the meal to this day so it was memorable. Would I do it again....perhaps if I was not paying.
Great chinese food!
We just went tonight for our anniversary dinner. We loved it. We made reservations and there was no waiting. The food was great. Had the lettuce wraps which were great. The spring rolls that my husband had were very good as well. I had the salt and pepper prawns which were amazing and my husband had the sweet and sour pork which was pretty good. Desert which was shared and couldn't even finish was the BANANA SPRING ROLLS coconut-pineapple ice cream and drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces. It was outstanding! We're definitely going back!
Loud, family style restaurant. Food was okay, for an Americanised Asian restaurant. I am glad I tried it but not worth the long wait.
This was mine and my two co-workers first time eating at PF Changs. We went for lunch, and arrived before noon because I was told that the parking lot and restaurant fills up very fast. We were early enough to get a spot near the door and did not need to use the $3 valet service that is offered. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, is very large, modern, and spacious. We were seated right away.
The regular a la carte menu is very pricey! A single chicken dish starts at $17. Thankfully they have a lunch menu which consist of several different main course items which come with white or brown rice, and a Chinese veggie or hot n sour soup. I think the lunch menu starts at $11.95.
We all started with the hot n sour soup. I liked the soup a lot, but it had none of the "heat" which you would typically expect from this dish. We then had a plate of egg rolls. It was a plate of 4 pork rolls for $10. We all agreed that they were nothing special - definitely not worth $2.50 apiece.
For our main course, we ordered 3 different plates from the lunch menu: Spicy Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and Mongolian Beef.
The Spicy Chicken was a very bland dish. It was just a plate of rice with a small portion of chicken. There was no spice, it came with no vegies, and not enough sauce to moisten the rice. We would not order it again.
The Sesame Chicken was quite good. The chicken had nice flavour, and the plate includes broccoli, peppers, and onions; which gives the meal much more body than the previous dish. I would have this again.
The Mongolian Beef was ok. The beef was cooked perfectly which was nice, but it could of used more flavour. This dish comes with a good portion of green scallions.
With 3 cokes ($3 + free refills), tax and tip, the lunch for 3 people cost $72. The restaurant and parking lot were both full by 1pm.
The service was good.
I might try it again for lunch since I work near the restaurant, but the food was not good enough for me to even consider paying a la carte.
