Once upon a time, this restaurant was the standard in desi food. Now, they have increased prices, reduced portion sizes a d the quality of food had decreased significantly.

If you complain about the quality of food the staff first response is'no one else has complained before' … Implying as if the kitchen cannot make a mistake! To address an issue with the dish, it took 20 minutes to come to a resolution of removing the dish from our bill. No offer to replace the dish with fresh one or if we wanted something else instead of it.

We lost our appetite getting this resolved.

To the owner, if you are going to increase prices then at least keep the portions bigger or quality higher or both how about that.

Lastly, the washrooms… omg can you clean them every 30 minutes with proper hand drying paper towels & soap & not have water everywhere!

Another restaurant down the drain. So unfortunate!

I'm there regular customers & I always take curry pokora with white rice today I went to eat but rice was not properly cooked it's like they just washed & serving when I told the girl she is telling me it's like this we make it wow as human I know what's cook what's not cook well

I visited 786 Halal Restaurant in recently. Unfortunately, my experience was not very good. The service from the waitress was not pleasant, & both the waitress & cashier seemed quite rude & unfriendly, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable.

The food itself was okay in terms of quantity, but I noticed an excessive use of artificial food coloring. The color even stayed on my hands for a couple of days, which was concerning. I personally feel there should be more care taken regarding food additives, as it may not be healthy in the long run.

Overall, I was disappointed with both the service & some aspects of food quality. I hope the management improves customer service & reviews the ingredients used in their dishes.

Best Halal Food in Montreal, one of best taste for halal butter chicken not to much spicy. Taste good with garlic naan. Best way to order just order butter chicken once it arrive then order naan as separate. Then you'll also get white rice 🍚 they come free otherwise it quite expensive.

Customer service is not very top notch.

Good & Service both are fantastic, we order Friday special Haleem & Chicken Chargha. Highly recommended.
