I absolutely adore everything about this place! It's wonderfully uncomplicated yet bursting with delightful flavors! Bryan took such good care of us & was incredibly kind. The decor & atmosphere instantly transported me back home, as I am Mauritian & our cuisine is very similar! For my meal, I savored the delectable smoked ham & rice with a side of mango salad & beef samosas. The dish was accompanied by a vegetable broth, which was simply perfect! The only thing I wish I had done was ask for some chili to add a touch of spice. Oh, & I must mention, I also indulged in the corosol juice! It truly felt like a mini vacation! & the fact that it's a bring your own beer/wine establishment is definitely a major plus in my book. Anyway, I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Very simple menu with only 16 items including dessert menu, but very delicious. It was comfort food at very reasonable prices. The 4 of us shared all the dishes. We'll definitely go back to try the rest & do repeats!View more

This was my first time trying Madagascar cuisine. The sambos & mango salad were a good start to the meal to get my appetite going. I would recommend the Kitoza pork & the Misao. Definitely coming back for the smoked chicken! If you like hot sauce, they make a house hot sauce that's not on the menu, so make sure you ask for it!
