Lors de la promenade sur la rue Wellington, on a tombé fortuitement sur ce petit resto discret. Nous l'avons adoré. Moi qui aime déjà les raviolis chinois. J'ai découvert ce mets typique lors de mon voyage en Chine. Un pure délice. Délicat & savoureux. Dommage qu'il soit un peu loin de chez-moi. À découvrir & à ne pas manquer! Mettez dans le bucketlist des restos!
I ordered beef & onion fried dumplings & classic pork xiao long bao. Unlike the reviews I read, the beef & onion were dry - not a drop of juiciness. I had higher hopes for the xiao long bao but these were even worse - there wasn't a drop of soup in them - in fact they were as dry as the beef & onion dumplings but with a very bland flavour. These I had to send back because they weren't soup dumplings in any possible respect. Hopefully I was here on an off day. The service was good & the place, while completely basic, is clean.
I went for some lamb coriander dumplings for takeout & I saw another table ordered the pan fried buns so I ordered the BBQ flavored one to eat on the spot & it was so good I almost forgot to take a picture
My son call this a very fancy dumpling place. I have never had wonton this big & only shrimp with no other mix. & their steamed dumplings are very juicy & flavourful. I love their pan fried bbq pok - I have never had this way.
I ordered the Xiao Long Bao & chicken with stir fried noodles. The noodle dish was tasty with generous pieces of chicken & quality vegetables. The dumplings were what I really came for though, & I was unfortunately disappointed. The filling was poorly seasoned & not juicy (but not dry, either). It just tasted like bland pork & shrimp at best. Strangely, some of the dumplings tasted a bit sweet so I'm wondering if I was given a mix of dumplings. Can't say any of them were particularly delicious.

On est tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant en se promenant dans la rue Wellington. Tout était parfait, les dumplings étaient succulents, le service plus qu'excellent. On a tellement aimés que nous y sommes retournés une deuxième fois avant notre départ. Je recommande fortement !

Non seulement les dumplings sont bons mais en plus, il y a une option "choix du chef" qui mélange les sortes. Dans la plupart des restos de dumpling, il faut en choisir trop de la même sorte, & ça me décourage d'y aller. Pas chez 3 Madames Dumpling, & c'est vraiment génial (d'autant que c'est bon, ce qui reste le plus important). Je recommande, vraiment !
