My family & I have been loyal customers of this place. We have always recommended this place to our friends. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the guy at the reception.

We had a reservation , when we arrived we asked for an outdoor table, there were two empty tables available outside. However, the gentleman at the reception desk flat-out refused to seat us there. When we politely pointed out the empty tables, he gave us no logical explanation-just a firm'no.'

What made this worse was his complete lack of interpersonal skills. It was clear from his attitude that he has very little experience dealing with customers. He was dismissive, unhelpful, & made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than loyal patrons.

We ended up leaving without dining. The hospitality industry is about making guests feel welcome. We felt the exact opposite. We hope the management trains their front-of-house staff properly, because first impressions matter-& so do last ones.

Notre expérience a été des plus plaisante
Une soirée qui aurait pu durée encore plusieurs heures!
Mais fallait pas abusé de notre très charmante & gentille Majelle!
Elle nous a servit comme des rois & très rapide.
Nous nous sommes bien amusés merci infiniment de ta gentillesse & surtout de ton hospitalité!
A refaire & avec Majelle bien sûr !
L'ambiance passe par elle un gros wow !
De toute notre gang qui avons apprécié notre soirée 🤗
