Food was okay but mexican rice was a little too dry & some grains were rock hard. We ordered 2 apps 3 drinks, & 4 mains. The only thing bothering me is the server never checked if need anything or no we called him twice over for couple of things we needed but it seemed like we were being a bother to him. We still did our part by tipping for service we did not receive but in all seriousness Service could have been a bit better! May come back & try some other day. Even the checkout was rushed.
As a person with a friend of Mexican 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽heritage, I wanted to learn his culture through having Mexican food🫔🌮. We had to grab antoher friend before we were allowed to enter the place🤨🤨. The food was absolutely delicious 🤤 & rather authentic too! While the place is packed & the staff seemed overworked, we were serviced in reasonable time. I recommend getting the steak burrito as it was flavourful & filling!

I went here to eat with my friends, the food was good but the service was super slow. Our waiter was nice but we realized that our food took so long, we were waiting for about 40 minutes at least & then to bring the check took so long we had to ask them to bring it. We were there for at least 2 hours which is kinda crazy. The one thing I did not like was when I was about to pay for my me & then obviously I was going to tip him so I asked him how can I tip on the machine to custom my tip because I wanted to give him a bit more & I don't know if he was confused or something but then he just assumed I wasn't going to tip him somehow? & then he said to me'no tip' in front of my friends & I found that rude but I didn't say anything because my friends were there & I didn't want to make him feel embarrassed but I found that very unprofessional & disrespectful. I just don't even know what made him think I wasn't going to tip him I was asking him how could I custom my tip to give him more. Also the manager was not that friendly he would just stand there but I never saw him helping the waiters out with tables if they were behind. He also saw us just sitting there when no one would come to our table to ask us if we were ready for the bill & he didn't do anything he just stood there looking at everyone. I won't be coming back here I'm sure there's a better 3 amigos then this one lol.

However, once past the host stand, the rest of the staff turned things around completely-they were amazing, attentive, & incredibly friendly.

Cela fait plus de 10 ans que je fréquente cet endroit & je n'ai jamais eu une seule mauvaise expérience. Le service est toujours excellent, constant & de grande qualité.
Le personnel est vraiment gentil, humain, attentionné & accueillant. On se sent toujours bien reçu, avec une belle douceur dans l'approche, ce qui fait toute la différence.

We celebrated a birthday at 3 Amigos & had a fantastic time! The staff made it extra special with their customary birthday sombrero & a lively Happy Birthday song that got everyone smiling. Great food, great atmosphere, & a fun experience for the whole family. We'll definitely be back!
