Food is very good but we have to go through some discomfort as 4-5 glasses of coke fell down by one of server by mistake & my mom's all clothes are wet by that. We have to go to ontario my mom os not comfortable with that as we don't have any other options.

The food is as good as I remembered it. The host who placed me was nice & found me a table very quickly. Then this went downhill. A waiter comes near my table & I thought he was my waiter but he brushed me off. Then I see my host pointing 3 times at my table to the waitress who obviously would serve me. She didn't seem thrilled to serve the senior citizen I am who was there all alone. She probably thought the group behind me would give a better tip, a rude group who allowed a little girl to scream at the top of her lungs all the time, never thinking to tell her to stop that, that it was rude. They were also taking all the space & many times I had to bend down my head not to get hit by a platter as because there was practically no space, waiters would pass very close to my table. Appearances can be deceiving. I could see her surprise when I paid as she probably didn't expect me to tip her. I used to go to Three Amigos regularly before the Pandemic with a good friend of mine who now suffers from Alzheimer. We used to go there for his birthday. It was already hard for me to go there on my own but I wanted to eat tacos at my favorite place. Hopefully the next time the service will be faster & better.
When we arrived we noticed that our table was not reserved, we needed to wait 10+ min to get a table because she needed to clean it first. (not cool when I reserved the day before & being lunch time we have limited time since we need to get back to work). Our food was good, potion was nice & the food was flavorful but it took very long to get it.
Our waitress was not friendly, we felt that she didn't want to work. She served us the food & when we asked her for utensils she came back & slammed them on the table. Never asked us how our meal was or poured us more water. No smiles...ruined our overall experience.
I asked her for the lunch bowl special & she said we don't have it today because we have our Fajita special on Wednesdays...but I did see the advertisement for it in the front of the restaurant on a big poster & it's written Monday to Friday. I didn't insist because she wasn't friendly...on my way out I saw 2 people eating it.
Bonne ambiance, bon service, bonne bouffe. Les cocktails sont délicieux & les assiettes généreuses. Le prix par personne est très raisonnable. Nous avons toutes été enchantées de notre passage chez vous! À refaire!!!
The food was great, but the service was confusing, extremely slow, & largely impersonal. We were served by four or five different employees, some of whom appeared not to know what others had already done. I ordered a salad. My friend ordered a Pina colada (slush style), calamari, & fajitas. My salad arrived first, while I was at the washroom. Some time later, my friend's calamari arrived. She had to ask twice for her drink to be served. Then it came without a straw, which she had to later request. When we wanted to leave, we had to wait ages for a server to bring the bill, after which time we had to wait still longer to pay, as there were problems with the network. The latter is not the fault of the staff but the confusion among serving staff could definitely have been handled better, & more efficiently. No one ever came by to ask how we were doing, how our food tasted, or if we needed anything. We didn't get out of the restaurant until 2 hours after we arrived -- not ideal, as I was late for a meeting as a result. I'd return in the future, but perhaps only to the West Island location, which seems to be better run!
We made a reservation for 18:30 & the person responsible to sit us down was telling us the website was having issues & that it's a new system & there are no tables & there is nothing he can do. So making a reservation or not didn't seem to make a difference. He was telling us we had to wait at least another 30min. We had to push (15 min after waiting) to tell him there were three tables empty & cleaned that we can use & only then he decided to sit us down with attitude of course.
The waiter that served us, however, was a gem & did everything quickly, remembered our orders by heart & had a smile on the entire time.
So as a tip, make a reservation at least 15 min before you are meant to arrive.
