Je suis allée chez 3 Amigos aujourd'hui, & j'ai eu la chance d'être servie par Simon . franchement, il a tout déchiré !
Ce n'était pas ma première fois là-bas, mais là, il a vraiment mis la barre haute. Simon est super attentionné, toujours avec le sourire, hyper chaleureux, un vrai plaisir à côtoyer.
Il a carrément rendu ma journée meilleure juste par sa vibe & sa gentillesse. Franchement, c'est le genre de gars qui te donne envie de revenir encore & encore, pas juste pour la bouffe, mais pour l'ambiance qu'il crée.
Chapeau à toute l'équipe de 3 Amigos, vous faites un taf de malade pour que chaque visite soit cool & accueillante. Big up à Simon aussi, t'assures grave !View more

I ordered virgin drinks & got charged for drinks with alcohol. I only came to know after I reached home when I checked the receipt. Also it used to be good before but now it is just another fast food corner. I ordered a Tex Mex pollo burger & all I had was a burger & fries with dipping sauce nothing else like salad or anything. Not happy for the price that I paid.View more

Been coming here for years. The food is so good & flavorful. The prices aren't too high, but perfect for the quantity. The best restaurant to go to to catch up with a friend, a family dinner or even when you dont know where to go. Alot of choices to choose from. The waiter refilled our water glasses whenever it was needed & was helpful.View more

I'm honestly shocked by how bad the service was. Mila (Yamila), our server, made the entire experience frustrating & uncomfortable. I don't know if she's new or just not suited for this job, but she was inattentive, cold, & seemed completely uninterested in being there.
We ordered three drinks - she brought them just as the food was arriving, not even remotely close to when we asked for them. The food itself was amazing (kudos to the kitchen - which she clearly isn't part of), but her service? A disaster.
At one point we considered ordering chips, & in that one rare moment she did have the decency to warn us they'd be an extra $5 - so, thanks for that, I guess?
She never offered us water. Not once. Never checked in on us during the meal. & it's not like the place was packed - it wasn't. Then, before my boyfriend could even finish eating, she tried to take his plate away. No question, no'are you done?', just reaching for it. Moments later, even though we hadn't asked for the check & were still clearly mid-meal (we were going to order dessert!), she drops the bill along with the payment terminal like she couldn't wait for us to leave.
The tip she received reflected her effort: almost nothing. Because you earn tips - & she absolutely did not earn one.
It's such a shame, because the food was honestly delicious. But the terrible service ruined what could've been a great experience.View more
