Order pizza often. Usually excellent but lately it's been very greasy. Today I decided to do an online order for a club sandwich & wings with fries & Caesar salad. While choosing sides for club sandwich there was a comment box for special instructions. I wrote "no tomatoes very important. Spicy mayo if possible. Thanks" Received with tomatoes & way too much regular mayo. Wings were overcooked. Caesar salad was drowning in dressing. Could not eat. I called resto to tell them about club sandwich but he kept telling me there was no instructions left. I kept repeating it was an option when at the food section but he kept referring to the delivery instructions box where I wrote I would meet at door. He decided to keep arguing with me even after I told him to go to their website & check it out himself. He just kept repeating I didn't write any special instructions. After several minutes of going back & forth I told him I didn't want to pay for something I wasn't going to eat & wanted what I ordered. He finally agreed. Replacement arrived 45 minutes later. The rest of our food was cold. Also ordered honey garlic sauce for wings but got sweet & sour. Not sure if I'll keep ordering at this point.Voir plus
