The chef was genuinely attentive & took the time to listen carefully to our preferences & any special requests we had. The sushi itself was outstanding -- the rice was perfectly seasoned & the fish was incredibly fresh, the flavors were so good that I didn't even feel the need to dip them in soy sauce.
