Maison de Soma offers a range of unique experiences, including the highly anticipated Gastronomic Sugar Shack.

This menu, available on Saturdays and Sundays at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. starting March 9th, offers a bold reinterpretation of Quebec culinary traditions, highlighting the honey from their farm and the maple syrup from the region.

From Soup to Maple Taffy, Each Dish Tells a Story of Terroir and Authenticity.

Indulge in the hot & sour pea and corn soup, a subtle blend of Quebecois terroir flavors enhanced by exquisite vegetable broth. This starter is a hymn to extravagance, accompanied by sourdough bread from Boulangerie Jolifeu (a renowned artisanal bakery in the Laurentians) and honey-smoked butter from their farm.
