First, I'll start by saying that the food and presentation is amazing. For what we tasted, the fish was fresh, the rice cooked perfectly and, so far, nobody's sick. As for the presentation itself, it was beautifully presented from what we saw on our and other's table. As for the service, the waiters were fast to dispatch water and pickup dirty plates. But here comes the ugly part.... and the reason for the one star. We had 1 starter, 2 specialties and a set of 24 varied sushis (total count). We were there for 2h15m. We were unable to get those 24 varied sushis. It took 30 minutes to get the starter and another 45 minutes to get one specialty and another 45 minutes to get the other one. We warned the manager by the 1h50m mark complaining that it was very long. As she tried to explain how the kitchen worked, we gave ourselves another 15 minutes to get our remaining sushis or just leave. By the 2h15m, we just walked up and paid our bill without a word from the manager. As far as I could see, the kitchen was a mess with a lot of plates ready to go but no waiter to deliver them anywhere.
