First,the interior was nice with a open kitchen but the rest of the experience was a nightmare...not only the food took so long(40minutes for Mac and cheese) but the taste was horrible and over priced(for the quality) The sauce was warm but the pasta was cold and it tasted like powder and water. I went to Mac bar cause my friend bought me a take out last week and is weird cause it tasted very different(more creamy and cheesy) I'm not very difficult person but the staff (kitchen and front house) Seems they don't know what they doing,the waitress didn't know the menu so she couldn't answer all my question about the food(the kitchen didn't have a bell so they were yelling "pick up" couples of time and no one was getting the food...I was about to pick up myself. They say "the first impression is very important" but Mac bar et fromage didn't do it for me. Food was very poor quality and the services was .....very poor specially when the waitress charge 2$ gratine for something was included (smoked bacon Mac&cheese). Overall is not for me and I won't recommend to my friends and family when you know you can make better Mac&cheese at home.
