I've never had such a bad experience at a bar before. Paid a [bar only] tab over 110$ with tip then realized the waitress had charged us one too many beers. First the waitress argued that we drank that extra beer and dared us to look at the camera if we didn't believe her (because according to her everything that's punched is served). When I asked her to talk to the manager, she went away to talk to a guy and came back actually saying "since you guys were good customers, we'll give it to you for free". A beer we never even consumed? Then back at the table she had the nerve to ask if we wanted anything else. Then she said that she gave me 50c too much on that beer we never drank. So I gave her 50c. On the way out, the manager told me that I was reimbursed so I shouldn't complain. I have never in my life have had bad service like that in a pub/bar. I will never set foot at Annie's again and I hope you won't either.
