I dine at Chalet Thai regularly for lunch or dinner service and quite enjoy the Papaya Salad and Char Oeuk beef #93 and sticky rice. The cold spring rolls and dumplings are fantastic. The curries are good, but not always spicy. You have to ask for the spice if you want it really spicy :) The food has always been fresh and the service is consistently good.
