I've eaten at this restaurant twice, and would go back again. It's reasonably priced, and there's a good selection on the menu, and the food is decent. That being said, I would have given it another star if they used a bit less salt (in the soups in particular) and did not serve canned mushrooms with my Veal Marsala--locally grown fresh mushrooms would have elevated the dish considerably! My wife ordered the Mussels with an Italian (Marinara?) sauce, and it was fairly good, but lacking something--perhaps more basil, it was tough to say exactly, but otherwise still tasty. The fresh bread they serve is excellent, with a nice chewy crust and soft and fresh within (perfect for dipping into the Mussel sauce! The decor is modern and pleasant but the noise level was high the day we were last there as it was a Sunday and thus very busy, with more parties taking place, and this is to be expected--it's better during weeknights. Considering that this is a chain, I'd say everything is good, better than expected, and also as a BYOB you don't get raked over the coals on the cost of wine, making it a much more affordable choice than many other places with a similar menu. Most customers will be satisfied with their meal, and the service, which in general is friendly and fast, although will be slower during the weekends when they are very busy!
