What a wonderful dining experience I enjoyed this evening for my first visit to this restaurant! Firstly I must say we were warmly greeted by Suzanne. We were seated at a lovely waterfront table. Service was friendly and prompt. Suzanne recommended our wine and we began our very pleasurable dining experience. We started with bread and cheese fondue. The amounts were perfect, as space must be allowed for the rest of the meal. I so enjoyed my Caesar salad, again very delicious and perfectly portioned. The scallops and shrimp were large and we were instructed to cook them for 45 seconds only, with 5 sauces to accompany them. Our evening finished with chocolate fondue with strawberries and bananas. The entire evening was very pleasurable. Fondue is meant to last for a few hours and enjoyed with space between courses. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was perfectly prepared by Suzanne's husband. Truly a labour of love for this couple who own and operate. Clearly young people who are used to fast food joints, will not appreciate such a fine dining experience. I will definitely return and thank Suzanne and her husband for a wonderful dining experience.
