The food quality and service has really deteriorated at Monza. The food was admitted by the manager to not even being cooked in house. (The pasta sauce comes from jars and the standards/ overall taste were terrible.) Microwaved chicken/ Un-Seasoned yet I was still charged for it. Orders showed up wrong. Drinks never refilled. Candle never placed on table. Bus Boy clearing drink glasses by pouring them into the lawn on the outside terrasse. Terrible experience. My email to company was ignored.
