Soif de cidre Montréal, the must-attend event for cider enthusiasts and foodies, returns to Montreal from Juin 27th to 29th this year. Organized by the Quebec Cider Producers and presented by the SAQ, this summer gathering will take place at Hangar 1825, by the Lachine Canal in Griffintown. This edition will bring together around thirty cider producers, artisanal food producers, and renowned restaurateurs.
The program promises a rich and varied tasting experience: cider tastings, of course, but also workshops led by Aliments du Québec to discover the most delicious food-cider pairings. The atmosphere will also be lively with carefully selected music to accompany the tastings and create a festive mood.
For visitors seeking relaxation, a dedicated space for games and relaxation will be set up, offering a welcome break between tastings.
