On February 20th and 21st only, RENOIR will host a remarkable gastronomic event featuring a special tasting menu created by Michelin-starred Chef Lorenzo Di Gravio, Executive Chef of Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo in Panama.
Born in Rome and trained in renowned kitchens around the world, Chef Di Gravio is celebrated for his modern and refined approach to Latin American cuisine, blending exceptional ingredients, creativity, and sustainable practices.
Priced at $179 per person, the seven-course tasting menu will showcase some of his signature creations.
The evening will end on a sweet note with a dessert crafted especially for the occasion by Paul Peyrat, Pastry Chef at Sofitel Montréal Le Carré Doré.
