Throughout March, immerse yourself in the comforting flavors of a traditional sugar shack with our delicious collaboration with Ils en Fument du Bon. Every day, from morning to evening, our dishes will showcase their artisanal sausages in a variety of mouthwatering creations.
Here's a glimpse of our special menu available at different times of the day:
LUNCH / DINNER
- Sausages, aligot, grilled oyster mushroom cluster, poulette sauce.
- Butternut squash polenta, caramelized onions, sausage, parmesan, asparagus.
- Risotto with "Ils en Fument du Bon" sausages, caramelized and grilled squash, confit fennel, bacon brown butter, parmesan.
- Pappardelle with "Ils en Fument du Bon" sausages, seasonal mushrooms, crispy sage, walnuts, parmesan.
BRUNCH
- Liège waffles, maple apple compote and fresh apples, cheddar, sausages.
- Sugar shack platter: Scrambled egg, braised ham, bacon, sausages, creton, baked beans, maple and apple pancake, potatoes, toast, and fruit.
DESSERTS
- Indulgent desserts: sugar pie, sucre à la crème, and crème brûlée.
And that's not all! We've also created our very own maple syrup can in collaboration with Montreal-based artist What is Adams.
