For nine years, MAPP_MTL has transformed Montreal with large-scale projections and digital art that attract thousands of visitors. This major cultural event has showcased more than 120 artists from across the globe and helped make the city a hub for creative innovation.
In 2025, the festival introduces a special 9.5 edition designed to launch a fundraising campaign that will secure its future and prepare for an unforgettable 10th edition. From September 24th to 27th, audiences are invited to enjoy four days of artistic experiences at two key venues: Moment Factory and Caserne 26.
On the program: the MAPP_LAB workshop, an interactive ping pong benefit tournament, collaborative visual jams, immersive performances and the much anticipated MAPP party. Each activity highlights the unique world of video mapping and digital creation.
This special edition is supported by Michel Lemieux, honorary president of the campaign, who emphasizes the importance of MAPP_MTL in advancing digital arts in Montreal and beyond.
