Bon repas comme d'habitude mais cette fois-ci, le restaurant subit une inondation en plein repas. Aussi désagréable soit-elle, le personnel a réagit professionnellement puis nous a permis de quitter sans payer.

J'espère que le restaurant rouvre ses portes sous peu mais maintenant je sais que non seulement le personnel agit professionnellement en bon temps, mais en mauvais temps aussi.

I'm writing to express how unbelievably poor your service was last night. I don't usually post negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough to force my first one.

Before my travel to Toronto, I arrived here around 8 PM, placed my order, & was told to return in 20 minutes. Instead, I waited close to an hour with zero communication from your staff or the person supposedly'in charge.'When I finally asked for an update, the response was that'one dish is missing & the chef will decide when he will prepare it.' That's not an update - that's pure mismanagement.After wasting an hour, I had to take a refund, & not a single staff member bothered to apologize. The attitude was rude, dismissive, & completely unprofessional.If this is how you treat customers, you seriously need to rethink your operations.
My Montreal trip spoiled the mood because of this visit, & I'll be telling my friends to avoid your place - no one deserves to be fooled by the glowing reviews you seem to rely on.
