Presented by The Canadian Salsa Dance Corp
The very first Montreal Heels Festival from August 11 to 15, 2022 at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in the heart of downtown Montreal. Heels dance is a mix of jazz dance, contemporary, hip hop and burlesque styles.
Workshops, shows, and competitions are part of the festivities. They aim to unite dancers from all over the world to celebrate this new dance style & encourage others to partake in learning and experience dance in a new form.
Competitions
Judges will be giving commentaries and live feedback. Professionals and amateurs are welcome. You can compete with the same choreography that you will do for the Shows.
Workshops
Saturday & Sunday workshops with a mix of dance disciplines we will offer. Of course, most of the classes will be dedicated to Heels.
DJ Parties
Every night, we will be partying with the best DJ's until the wee hours of the morning. There will be animation during the night and a lounge to rest in between.
