From now until March 31st, the William Gray Winter Terrace, presented by Pajar, officially returns for its third edition, where guests will enjoy a majestic dinner and brunch in transparent geodesic domes and heated.
William Gray Winter Terrace has transformed its 8th floor terrace into an intimate, limited-time experience in transparent, heated geodesic domes on the roof of the William Gray Hotel. Offering weekend dinners and brunches, each heated dome has a surface area of 108 m² and can accommodate groups of four to eight people for a warm, upscale dining experience. With a breathtaking view of Place Jacques-Cartier, the St. Lawrence River and the Montreal Ferris Wheel, guests will have a breathtaking panoramic view of Old Montreal while enjoying their delicious meal.
Every Saturday and Sunday, enjoy a refined three-course brunch for $65, reimagining classics with a creative twist, like duck confit eggs Benedict and sweet potato pancakes. In the evening, the atmosphere transforms into an intimate setting for a five-course dinner at $137, showcasing local ingredients and seasonal flavors.
