Les Filles Fattoush have officially opened their first permanent boutique in the heart of Montreal's Jean-Talon Market. Since June 25th, visitors can now enjoy fresh, authentic Syrian cuisine year-round while supporting the professional integration of recently arrived women in Montreal. The boutique features warm mezzes, flavorful spreads, baklava, hot pita chips, Turkish coffee, and a grocery section filled with Syrian staples. Customers are also encouraged to bring their own containers for take-out.
The boutique aims to become a go-to destination for Middle Eastern cuisine in Montreal, offering not only high-quality homemade dishes but also a cultural space where food and stories meet. A cozy terrace will be set up during the summer for outdoor dining.
Les Filles Fattoush first started their direct-to-market concept at Jean-Talon Market in 2019. Their continued growth reflects their powerful social mission and culinary excellence. Their kiosk in the food court also continues to evolve with a more street-food-inspired menu available on site.
