Starting at 4PM, enjoy a menu designed for aperitif time, featuring shareable plates like creamy Bufarella from Quebec, expertly marinated gravlax, and a generous charcuterie and cheese board with local products. Craving comfort food? Try the "Belle Province" poutine-style pizza, a reimagined brioche hot dog, or pumpkin ravioli with sage butter. And for a sweet ending, the homemade desserts celebrate Quebec flavors, from traditional pudding chômeur to the "Bordel Québécois," a spiced gingerbread treat with homemade apple compote.
