Celebrate the Start of the New Year by Discovering the Brand-new Selection of Cocktails at Time Out Market Montreal!

We are delighted to inform you that, starting today, Time Out Market Montreal is introducing an entirely new cocktail menu! Inspired by some of the city's finest chefs and restaurants, this cocktail list makes its debut just in time to celebrate the New Year.

Showcasing the best of the Montreal culinary scene, these 12 new cocktails offer diverse flavors while incorporating a touch of sustainability, in line with the market's commitment to the environment. Kevin Llamas, the manager of the Time Out Market Montreal bar, spearheads this initiative, leveraging his ten years of experience at the European Bartender School in London and his participation in numerous cocktail competitions at the Market. Whether it's a smooth Espressotini using recycled coffee grounds from Tunnel Espresso or a delightful Banana Mai Tai featuring Haitian tea, elevate your next market experience by pairing your dish with one (or two) of these exceptional cocktails!

The new cocktail menu includes:

    • Sayuuri Sour (inspired by Le Blossom) - This sustainable cocktail features premium vodka, zested lime, silky nigori sake, and homemade cucumber syrup-a celebration of mixology that embraces eco-consciousness.
    • Bossa Nova (inspired by Bossa) - Highlighting Quebec's Violette gin, mint, and verbena cordial, the Bossa Nova blends floral, herbal, and fruity notes for a drink that captures the elegance and freshness of Italian cuisine.
    • Aam Panna (inspired by Le Taj) - Skillfully combining spiced rum, mango syrup, ginger, and masala chai tea, this cocktail offers an exquisite sensory experience inspired by Indian cuisine.
    • Tram 28 (inspired by Campo) - Drawing inspiration from Lisbon's famous tram, this concoction mixes whisky, citrus cordial, pastéis de nata syrup, and red port, capturing the warm atmosphere of Portugal's capital.
    • Reina de La Noche (inspired by Ibéricos) - The Reina de la Noche combines tequila, Spanish spice syrup, sherry, grapefruit, and pineapple for an enchanting taste of Spanish nightlife.
    • Il Sogno (Inspired by Moleskine) - Blending smoky mezcal with citrus freshness and a hint of rosemary, this bold combination recalls a gastronomic dream where flavors mingle memorably.
    • Velvet EspressoTini (inspired by Tunnel Espresso) - Transforming Tunnel Espresso's coffee grounds into a bold gustatory experience, this Espresso Martini variant underscores Time Out Market Montreal's sustainable commitment through the use of locally sourced ingredients.
    • Yuzu Sakura (inspired by Marusan) - Combining the sweetness of peach, the delicacy of sakura, subtle aromas of Japanese tea, depth of whisky, and the brightness of yuzu, this blend evokes the flavors and culinary traditions of Japan.
    • Banana Mai Tai (inspired by Paul Toussaint) - Equally delicious and innovative, using plantain banana peels from Paul Toussaint to create Haitian tea, this sustainable cocktail highlights intense flavors while reducing food waste.
    • Mojito du Tigre (inspired by Red Tiger) - A refreshing and exotic concoction inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, featuring ingredients such as kaffir lime, aloe, and lychee for a unique journey through Asia.
    • Passione Piccante (inspired by Il Miglio) - The intoxicating blend of tequila, vanilla, Italian chili, and passion fruit evokes a fiery passion with every sip.
