Every detail matters, from ingredient freshness to balance on the plate and a refined yet approachable presentation.Like the city itself, the menu changes with the seasons, offering a varied and authentic selection adapted to special occasions. This spring, two dates stand out: a festive Easter brunch followed by a softer celebration for Mother's Day.
Mother's Day: A Moment of Finesse
On Sunday, May 11th, Bijou will offer a refined brunch to celebrate Mother's Day. Two seatings are available, at 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., at the same rate as Easter: $61 for adults, $35 for children aged 7 to 12, and free for kids 6 and under.
The buffet includes a variety of hot and cold appetizers, a full breakfast station with made-to-order omelettes, and a selection of spring-inspired main dishes. From roasted beef striploin to braised beef ravioli and tilapia with sundried tomato pesto, each plate is designed to bring people together for a warm and generous experience. A wide array of salads, sliced fresh fruits and fresh juices will also be available.
To finish, the sweet table offers a festive finale with assorted house-made desserts and the always-popular chocolate fountain. It is a thoughtful way to mark the occasion in a peaceful and welcoming setting, just steps from the terminal and with no boarding pass required.
Standout Mimosas for a Celebratory Twist
For the first time, Bijou is introducing a special mimosa menu, available for an additional $12 per glass. This new feature adds a festive and personal touch to the brunch experience.Five flavour options are on the menu: watermelon, mojito, margarita, classic orange and pink grapefruit. Each glass brings a subtle splash of colour to the table, perfect for marking a special occasion like Mother's Day.
Looking Back at a Standout Easter Brunch
Last month, Bijou kicked off the spring season with a festive and generous Easter brunch. Two seatings welcomed groups who discovered the breadth and variety of the buffet.
Stations included made-to-order omelettes, sushi, grilled shrimp, hot bites, charcuterie and colourful salads. The breakfast buffet featured crêpes, pastries, muffins and cakes. The hot options ranged from beef flank steak and salmon in fennel butter to ricotta and spinach stuffed shells. To finish, a sweet table offered a chocolate fountain and fresh fruit skewers.
The success of this first spring event highlighted the team's skills in both the kitchen and dining room, encouraging many to reserve for Mother's Day.
