This Easter, Viva panettone teams up with Dario Bivona, winner of Le Meilleur pâtissier du Québec, to reinvent the traditional Italian Colomba with an original creation: the Colombisu.
Soft, airy, and shaped like a bird-a symbol of renewal-this Colomba is infused with notes of coffee, cream, and Viva panettone's signature candied oranges. It's a perfect balance of tradition and creativity.
"We wanted to create a dessert that reflects us: rooted in tradition but entirely modern," says Marie-Ève Chaume, General Manager of Viva panettone.
"The Colomba is still little known here, but it's a deeply festive cake, meant to be shared," adds Dario Bivona.
"With the Colombisu, we bring a contemporary touch to a strong Italian tradition without ever altering it," Marie-Ève emphasizes.
"Tiramisu naturally imposed itself: it's a universal classic, full of emotion and memories," Dario adds.
