Located in the Ahuntsic neighborhood for nearly 15 years, Les Cavistes has become a key destination in north Montreal. The restaurant features a 120-seat dining room, a 50-seat summer terrace, and two private rooms for large groups, combining warmth and elegance.
The classic French menu delights lovers of tradition, while the weekly changing specials attract diners seeking new trends. The wine list highlights both classic appellations and fresh, modern, or organic wines that reflect current trends.
Les Cavistes also offers over a hundred wine tastings, focused on regions, appellations, or grape varieties, with three or six wines paired with perfectly matched dishes. The restaurant's wine club delivers monthly private-import wine selections across Quebec, complete with technical sheets and even a podcast to explore each wine.
The group also operates two other culinary spots: Cerise, a modern, relaxed wine bar, and Chez Cécile Rôtisserie, a family-friendly rotisserie offering more than just chicken. On the eve of its 15th anniversary, Les Cavistes continues to innovate both in cuisine and wine, aiming to expand its brand and impact even further in the neighborhood.
