Le Coureur des Bois Unveils a New Interior Reflecting Its Culinary Excellence

Le Coureur des Bois presents a new interior, blending warm wood lines to mirror its culinary identity. Chef-owner Jean-Sébastien Giguère highlights Quebec terroir with tasting menus and à la carte; a 17,000-bottle wine cellar led by sommelier Jean-Simon Rioux-Ranger holds Wine Spectator's Grand Award since 2018, 30 minutes from Montreal.

Le Coureur des Bois, the renowned fine dining restaurant in Beloeil, has unveiled a brand new interior that reflects its culinary identity.
