Submissions are now open for the 8th edition of the Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise. Until February 4th at midnight, industry professionals are invited to apply or to nominate individuals and businesses that help shape Quebec's culinary scene.
This year, 17 award categories celebrate excellence, creativity and commitment, with winners selected through a balanced process combining jury votes and industry participation. Finalists will be announced on March 23rd, with winners revealed at the Gala on May 4th, 2026 in Montreal.
