This season, the Refuges du Bivouac make their grand return to the snow covered terrace of Restaurant Bivouac, in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles, where they will remain until March 2026. After the success of their first editions, these iconic heated domes offer a completely renewed experience where gastronomy meets a unique sensory immersion. The terrace will also feature Les Voyageurs, an installation from the Lumino event presented by the Quartier des spectacles starting November 25th.

Imagine enjoying dinner in the heart of a boreal forest… right in downtown Montreal. This year, each dome becomes a true experiential space where light, nature and cuisine come together to awaken all the senses. Under the shimmering bubbles, the auroras of the boreal forest come to life, offering a magical and ephemeral display.

Executive Chef Xavier Dahan has created a six-course menu designed as a blind tasting journey. Each dish surprises and highlights Quebec's terroir and the flavours of the boreal forest. Two wine pairings, Quebec or Signature, are available to complement this intimate experience.

The six-course menu is offered at $160 per person for a fully immersive culinary experience.
