I've never tipped 10% in my life until my experience last night. Our table was neglected, wine was not refilled, food order came out of place, & the staff was rude. One of our guests was served their main dish 30 min before the rest. They never apologized or acknowledged the service & they ignored that we were there for a special event. This was my first time there & honestly disappointed as I had high hopes & so did the entire party. The food was also bland (ordered the salmon)

J'ai choisi ce restaurant pour ma bachelorette, & ce fut la pire expérience de nourriture & de service que j'aie vécue dans un restaurant haut de gamme.

Dès notre arrivée, le service a été pratiquement inexistant. Pas un seul membre du personnel n'a souligné notre célébration &, plus généralement, nous avons eu de la difficulté à obtenir un service tout simplement de base. Notre groupe était calme, respectueux & patient tout au long de la soirée, loin du cliché d'un groupe de bachelorette bruyant. Cette attitude nous a malheureusement amenées à nous demander si nous avions été traitées différemment parce que certaines personnes à notre table étaient anglophones ou en raison de notre origine.

Côté cuisine, le risotto au homard était le meilleur plat de la soirée, mais il était tout au plus bon. Tous les autres plats étaient soit très en dessous de nos attentes, soit franchement décevants pour un établissement de ce niveau.

L'exemple le plus révélateur du service est que quatre personnes ont partagé une seule bouteille de vin pendant tout le repas, simplement parce que personne n'est jamais revenu nous demander si nous souhaitions reprendre à boire. Nous voulions également commander d'autres plats, mais après avoir été constamment négligées, nous avons perdu l'appétit & n'avions plus envie de consacrer ni notre temps ni notre argent à cet établissement.

J'espère sincèrement que la direction prendra ce commentaire au sérieux afin qu'aucun autre client n'ait à vivre une expérience semblable.

We received disorganized, inattentive, & noticeably unequal service throughout our dinner, which was to celebrate a special occasion. Even after concerns were raised, there was no apology or effort to improve the experience. The food was also bland at best. We left feeling very disappointed & honestly shocked at how bad the level of service was.

We loved this place! The food was wonderful, but more than that, the staff was super knowledge about wines. There are 4 sommeliers who work there!! We had a reservation for dinner, but came early to have a drink at the bar. Charlotte was our fabulous bartender & she poured very nice drinks! I had a cosmo & my bf had a rye manhattan. We then moved to the dining room where we had an excellent experience. I highly recommend this place!

Nous avons célébré notre anniversaire au restaurant de l'Hôtel Quintessence & la soirée a été absolument parfaite.

Nous avons choisi la table du Chef, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, & chaque instant était mémorable. La cuisine était tout simplement délicieuse. Chaque plat était raffiné, parfaitement exécuté & préparé avec des ingrédients d'une qualité exceptionnelle.

Un immense merci à Audrey & Xavier pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur professionnalisme & leur attention aux moindres détails. Ils ont rendu cette soirée encore plus spéciale grâce à leur service impeccable.

Du début à la fin, tout était parfait. Le cadre est spectaculaire, l'ambiance élégante & le service irréprochable. Si vous cherchez l'endroit idéal pour célébrer une occasion spéciale ou simplement vivre une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle à Mont Tremblant, ne cherchez pas plus loin.

Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette soirée inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Quintessence exceeded every expectation. We dined there yesterday, & from the moment we arrived until the end of the evening, everything was exceptional.

The food was outstanding-beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, & full of flavour. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, with attention to detail that truly sets this restaurant apart. The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, knowledgeable, & perfectly paced without ever feeling rushed.

The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegant & welcoming, making for a memorable dining experience. It's clear that everyone, from the kitchen to the front-of-house team, takes great pride in what they do.

Without question, this is the best dining experiences in the Tremblant area. We can't wait to return & would highly recommend Quintessence to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal.

Nous étions quatre aujourd'hui dans ce restaurant & nous avons beaucoup aimé la cuisine, de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. Je le recommande à tout le monde ! Les prix sont très agréables, nous nous attendions à payer beaucoup plus.

Enjoyed my experience at La Quintessance, such a beautiful atmosphere & really nice greenery. Food was underwhelming for the cost. Chicken burger was an entire chicken breast between two buns, not sure what I was expecting but it wasn't that. It was a beautiful atmosphere & we weren't the only ones who thought that since there were two young women taking photos & being disruptive the entire time. Would definitely go back if someone else paid for me.

The most underrated brunch spot I have ever been to in Quebec. To start off the views you have of the lake are absolutely stunning, it was very peaceful & relaxing. The French toast was a very original dish & it was extremely delicious. They have some sort of crumble on top, the dish had a wonderful texture & the apples really bring it together with that delicious caramel drizzle on top.

Their wine menu in the evening was very well priced & well crafted, I opted for a glass of rosé & was highly impressed.

As for the views breakfast was amazing as you have clear skies & the weather isn't too hot, as for the evening, the sun lowers & you get amazing views of the lake with the sun reflecting. Once the sunset hits, the views are incredible!
