Dans l'ensemble, Zoe Dessert est perçue comme une adresse généreuse en desserts et boissons, les mango bingsoo et shaved ice étant particulièrement plébiscités pour leur texture légère et leur présentation soignée; le service est souvent rapide et chaleureux, mais certaines expériences évoquent une attitude du personnel décevante, un manque d ustensiles ou un refus d eau, et l'espace peut être exigu avec une attente parfois longue; les saveurs comme mango sago, durian pudding et coco pudding reviennent comme des favorites, les toppings semblant frais et les portions généreuses; globalement, Zoe Dessert est une destination incontournable pour les desserts asiatiques à Montréal, idéale pour une pause tardive ou une douceur estivale, avec une atmosphère conviviale et une offre qui donne envie d en essayer plusieurs, malgré quelques déceptions occasionnelles sur la fraîcheur ou la taille des portions.
We took a mango bingsoo & tiramisu crepe cake. The bingsoo lacked a lot of mangos, there was just a layer at the top & at the bottom & the rest was ice which was deceiving but it was not bad. It was around 18$ for a large bowl & the bowl was not that large. The cake was really airy, good & not too sweet & was around 9$ but the part we got was really small. I think it's too expensive for the quantity & quality that we got. For the service, we didn't have to wait for long but we have to find a sit ourselves & sometimes the tables are not cleaned fast enough. The place was really small.
Very clean & welcoming little snack! The food was amaaaazing & very different from other places. It is fairly priced & the girls working there are very kind. My friends & I stayed there for about 2 hours to chat & eat & we already planned to go back soon 😋
Very good desserts & bbt's however line up is very long. I recommend to call & order take out if you're passing by here. Always great service & patient! Desserts & drinks are still awesome!

Avec des amis, nous avons commandé le Bingsoo aux fraises & la gaufre aux fraises & aux bananes. La gaufre était délicieuse!!! La place est petite alors nous étions un peu tassé. Nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises des ustensiles supplémentaires...
I've come here a few times for either bubble tea & bingsu & overall would it 4.5 /5. Last time I came, I received a spoon that was not necessarily 100% clean so I had to ask for another one. Also, they gave us one little napkin for a bingsu with 2 spoons. I wish they gave more napkins as it get be a sticky situation. Just details, but those are ways to improve in my opinion.
Went there multiple times, most of the desserts offered taste wonderful, but beware of the staff, as they consist mostly of international students & can lack off during their shifts. It once took me 40 minutes & multiple reminders to the staff to get my order, even if there is only 1 customer (which is me) in the restaurant, & the food arrived cold. I would give this place a rating of 5 stars if it was not for the horrible service.

Weird experience! We were looking for a place in Downtown Montréal for a late night bubble tea or dessert, which is open after 10pm & this place seemed a good option at the time. But, when we got in, to us, it seemed more like a Convenience Store, maybe popular mostly by locals especially not people from other cultures maybe? As we were stared at upon the entrance! We had to pay & tip by the counter for our teas, before receiving any food / drink. Then after waiting for ages for 2 simple drinks, although tipped, still had to go & pick up our drinks from the counter although the place was not busy at all. We honestly have regretted choosing this place over a Café on a Friday night
This is a very small (I counted 32 seats), casual restaurant with a young customer base & the servers are young & friendly. We had hot Dragon Pearl tea, the boiled dumplings, Taiwanese sausage, Wakame salad, Seafood Wonton soup & the Seafood Dan-Zai, all of which were tasty but the Meal Soups could, IMO, have been more substantial with more vegetables & seafood & less noodles but the food was tasty & the bubble tea that we had for dessert was also good. The prices are okay & I did eat here two days in a row, so yes, I would eat here again.
